OK boys, here's the details of my plan.
As you may remember I have been toying with the idea of the short cycle methodology. I am planning on taking a 3 week intensive course with all the gear being cleared from my system for a 2 week break, then a repeat of the first 3 weeks. I am attempting to see how this will affect my natural test levels.

Previously I have kept my cycles to around 6-12 weeks (more commonly 8). I have always had problems holding weight when I come off, despite trying HCG and Clomid. Anyway here is my idea.

All long acting androgens are to be taken on days 1 and 2. That will give my clean receptors a big kick up the arse. These longer acting shots testov. dep. and sus should self taper over the three weeks and be
clear from my system by 21 days.

I am taking 500mg TD and 500mg sus on day 1 and the same on day 2. Day 3 I will have a single 100mg shot of Viromone and will continue to do so throughout the 21 days every other day. This is faster acting
and will clear from my system at the end. Then also I am having 10 dbol per day for the 3 weeks. Possibly tapering down at the end for the last few days.

This (in theory) should mean that by the end my natural test will not have shut down and I will be clean for the two weeks. I may try and get some clomid to use during the gap. Then I shall repeat for a further 21 days. I am expecting to make smaller gains but hopefuly I will not lose as much when I come off.

I won't know until I try but even if it doesn't work out great it's only 8 weeks, so I might as well give it a go. Let me know what you think and I'll keep you all updated. Oh, I'm also going to use some slin for the 3 weeks again at 7iu. I got some actrapid this time. Do any of you know if this is as fast acting as Humalog or is it more like Humalin R? I'm even considering (if I can afford it) trying GH for the 2nd faze of the course
although I have never used it before.

Also have Nolvadex on hand although have never exp. any gyno and will be taking Gamma Linolinic Acid in Ev. Prim and Liv 52 to protect my liver.

No, I disgress its looking good, but you should
increase your injectable doses on Day 1 to
front-load your cycle.

The highest I've ever gone with test is 1000mg per week. Do you think that 2000mg in the first 2 days is not enough? I have got some spare amps (2 sus and 3 testo). Do you reckon I should bang a bit more in on day 1 then? I've just had my first 1000mg and 40mg Dbol YUM YUM!

TD = Testoviron Depot?

500mgs on day 1 and 500mgs on day 2? I would defintely recommend upping this but you know your own body best.

New muscle takes some time to build bro. 21 days is only gonna get you water weight. Well that is my experience and what I've heard from others..you may be different though. Good Luck.

Purple, how can you say that my cycle is weak at 400mg viromone propionate per week when the most long acting test you have used in your latest course is 500mg - 750mg. Different esters produce different blood levels over different periods of time. Prop is shorter acting and therefore my blood/test levels will be much higher not to mention the 2grams of test kick start. I have done cycles much stronger in mg in the past, this is just a diffferent theory I am experimenting with, rather than blindly following others. I am also using 50mg/pd dbol, unlike you're 30-40mg and you say you've 'upped' the doses.

If anybody has a comment that knows anything about short cycles, please add. So far I've had replies like 3 weeks is not enough and I don't agree with short cycles, with no real scientific backing to support these statements. I know guys that are big, compete and use short cycles so please do not tell me that they don't work, just looking for some thoughts from more broad minded individuals.

One thing I can tell you about short
cycles. You protein and calorie
intakes have to be MASSIVE.
Forget 2g/lb, gor for 3g/lb+ of protein.
Also, eat around 25-30 Kcal/lb.
You have to train at least 2hrs
every day(well 6 on/1 off), to
"shock" your muscle to new growth.
Thats pretty much the only way you will
make decent gains in those 3 weeks.
The rationale behind the massive
protein and calorie increase is that the body
takes about 3-4 weeks to fully adapt to
the increased protein intake, and instead of
oxidizing the extra protein it stores it, creating
a massive nitrogen retention effect. I call
it "protein loading"......LOL
