I have had many injections but the last 2 in my left glute bleed bad. I think it was a little too high in the upper outer side of the glute. It will stop bleeding with a little pressure but was wondering what made it bleed like this? I think i will inject a little lower and more to the inside next time. What do you guys think is the cause of this? Thanks! Also had a little bit of a lump, rubbed on it and went to bed it was better the next day     | ||

Probably hit a blood vessel. Did you pull back on the syringe to see if blood entered the syringe? If blood does enter then you need to reinject in another place. Check out: https://www.elitefitness.com/members/2thick/ for injection procedures and sites. | ||

More or less you hit a blood vessel.I have done this hundreds of times.Alittle bit of pressure and it will stop.Make sure you keep on switching glutes and also put some shoots i your shoulders.They will make your delts larger.Scar tissue can also be a factor because of the bleeding |
