I use a sharp pencil and stick it up my ass as far as I can. The farther it can go up the more gains I have made in that week! lol jk Seriously, I use wordpad.. thats it ------------------

Damn man just use a normal BB diary. No need to use charts and graphs. No need to overengineer traking your progress. Godspeed

All I use is a regular notepad. Have been for many years. I just came across a few apps on the net that looking interesting. Iwanted to know if anyone used stuff like that and how it helped them or didn't help them track theri progress. It is 10 times easier to jsut look it up in the database and compare it the whole year then to fiddle around with 265 pages in a notebook! ------------------

Notepad works just great for me. It's all in there! Probably 90% of the guy walking around the gym use nothing. Anything written is far better than nothing. No high tech shit for me. I get enough of that all week long.

I use my palm pilot, I have a waist strap that holds it as well as my MP3 player. It all gets uploaded to my computer after the gym. I am looking for a good program. Right now I am not using anything special. After I upload it I then import it into excel. This will then generate detailed reports for me if I ask it to. Graphs,ect..I havent made any yet though becuase I just started my cycle. I can track diet and shit with excel and then look back and find what works best.
