In about 2 weeks im gonna throw in some more test and some t3. I did a good deal of research and it seems more safe then DNP from what I have read. Im gonna use it for no more then 4 weeks and up my cardio quite a bit during this time. Im wanting to drop about 10-15lbs of fat in this time, do you think that is possible with just T3 or should I throw in some clenbuterol or ECA with it? Im not trying to get "ripped" yet but I really do need to lose some bodyfat. I won't seriously start my dieting for another 2 months, but Im starting to look like a slob.. i feel so bloated. | ||

ya.. I agree w/ the diet/cardio thing. But im not ready to go into dieting mode yet, I still want to try and gain muscle but I need to lose 10-15lbs of fat and i'd look alot better and feel alot better. | ||

Your in exactly the same boat Im floating in bro. A short cycle of T3 can be very benificial but I would highly recommend you combine it with a strong anabolic. Your going with test and thats fine. Im not cutting up until next month but am still enjoying the effects of my last 4 eq injects (fucking ganabol) while using a nice stack of clen and T3 with only a slight carb decrease. If you react as most do, then T3 will effect you within the first 3-4 days, but keep in mind it will eat muscle as well as fat, you seem to have that covered. If you combine with test I would recommend going on a short T3 cycle combined with clen. ECA works as well, but Ive found that clen seems to be the shit over clen. Well not so true but once again it is an individual thing, while some may feel run down while on it at those doses others will not. Right now im using cypionate and deca, so u think a short 3-4 week run w/ t3 & eca would make me lose much muscle? I really don't know how catabolic it is, since i've never used it.. the test and deca should stop muscle loss i would think. | ||

a note for you on dieting.... as you know, food is second to none. i would suggest tweaking your diet just a little, in order to prevent the storage of fat and continue with adding mass. you should probably stay within the same caloric range if you're happy with the overall improvements in mass so far. the secret lies within your macronutrient ratios and your glycemic index values: try lowering the glycemic index of the carbs you are consuming. eat more leafy greens (they will add tons of micronutrients to your diet while helping you use up energy in digestion) drink more water than what you're drinking currently. also, adjust the protein calories up, and the carb and fat calories down, yet stay around the same daily caloric intake. i know these are very generalized plans, but you know your diet and supplemental routines better than anyone, so i leave the specifics up to you...hope this helps!
