i have a small lump on the left side. i just gonna wait until it gets bad on both sides and just take them out at once. i have a fast metabolism and have never in my life done cardio. i really dont have a specific diet i eat alot of everything. just as long as i eat real bad. the cleaner i eat the worse i look and the weight starts to drop. add 1dozen dounuts, 12 whites-6 with yolks- 2hours later-4cups oatmeal-with one can of cherry pie filling on top, 3 hours later,4oz white tuna on wheat loaded with mayo pickles chips and water. 2 hours later 2 scoops muscle milk made with goats milk. 2hour later 2 chicken breast 1 potato water, train. post training 1lb of turkey with new potatoes, befoe bed i eat 3 bowl of frosted cherios. i no that sounds like alot but my body is used to eating all that no problen now. bignuts from the info on you diet I see you try to split your carbs from your protein a bit. Is that intentional? I remember reading an article by Vince Gironda in which he said to try and eat carbs and protein at different times as the two food types digest in different mediums. Protein require higher acidic conditions to digest properly, where as carbs require more alkaline conditions for proper digestion. Just wondering if you had read this too? | ||

Impressive work bignuts. You also confirmed my belief that cardio is not essential to lower bodyfat. Low fat, 6 meal a day diet and drugs do wonders to raise metabolic rate and burn off the fats, especially around the abs and hips. | ||
