Hello, my question is:
If you develope gyno does it always hurt.
Or can it grow without any pain at all?

It seems that my nippels are a bit puffy.
I have taken nolvadex throughout the cycle.
Just in case.
But Im still a bit worried.

(400-deca, 500-Omna / week)
(and then 10-20mg nolva every day)

it can hurt, but most of the time no, but yes it does hurt if you have already developed it, and it is not fun to have, it makes you look like shit in the chest. I speak from experience.

it does not always hurt. I've been cursed with it since I was 13. It was tender when I first developed it, but it went away. It started getting sore again while I was using androstene. I'd hit the nolvadex now if your nips are puffy. I think if you catch it soon enough it will go away.

I can't speak for everyone else, but this is what happened to me. First, my nipples got really tender. Then I developed a small knot under my nipple. And after I have been off of a cycle for a while, the hurting goes away, but the puffyness is still there. Every time I start another cycle, the soreness comes back.

Let's clarify something guys!
Most people reffer to gyno being the swollen gland which pushes out the nipple. This can go away but if lef exposed to estrogen for long time will/can become permanent.
Now if you have puffy nips, which is mostly swelling and water retention, that is a little different. It is a development of female breast tissue caused by estrogen build up. This really looks like shit!!
It will go away but it takes a long time (6 months). I am talking from personal experience.
My suggestion:
If you are doing aromatizable gear take 10-20mg Nolvadex each day for the whole cycle. Then before you stop check you blood and see if the high estrogen went down. If you stop sooner the nutorious "REBOUND" EFFECT WILL OCCUR.
That's what happened to me, i.e. took a lot of prop, started getting gyno, took Nolvadex, gyno started going down, then stopped Nolvadex and then POW, blow up of breast tissue.
It has been 21/2 months and it is going down slowly. I am doing gear (sust & d'bolls) but also 20mg of Nolvadex throughout the cycle and a little Armidex at the end to wipe out the built-up estrogen.
I learned my lesson and will not take any chances again!

heres a question... i took 400/mg week deca for 8 weeks.. is this even possible for gyno? i took my last shot last week... my nipples have been itchy a little bit but it could possibly be from me tanning.. but im not sure they arent really sore at all.. what should i do? im not sure if i can get my hands on some nolvadex but i could try... drop me a line... i do not need no damn gyno ahaha!
