I KNOW YOU SOME PEOPLE TAKE CLEN ONE WEEK, AND ECA ANOTHER WEEK. BUT HAS ANYBODY ACTUALLY TOOK BOTH CLEN AND ECA AT THE SAME TIME? AND WHAT WERE YOUR EXPERIENCES? | ||

I haven't. I beleive it's a waste of thermogenics. Clen and Caffeine are very similar, in fact, they are often classified as the same. Just take more of one. ------------------

i did this last summer with terific results.before the gym i would take 50mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine two aspirins and two or three clens.than throughout the day i would take 25 mg ephedrine 2clens and two aspirins.i had better results with this than my recent attemp with clen and cytomel alternating the clens with eca.so i say its very effective and worth a try if you body can handle it | ||

I AM TAKING BOTH NOW WITH GREAT RESULTS. I TAKE THE CLEN ALL DAY LONG AND HYDROXYCUT IN THE MORINING AND BEFORE A WORKOUT. THE ONLY SIDE EFFECT I GET IS THE SHAKES. | ||

I tried doing the Clen and ECA at the same time and got great results but nasty headaches so I tried alternating Clen for two weeks then ECA for one - similar results but no headaches. I think both were probably too much for my system since I am a woman and only weigh about 140. | ||

Works extremely well. You need to keep tabs on your blood pressure as it can cause headaches and nosebleeds so be careful! | ||

hey ripped103, maybe your good results were because of only 5000kcal a week. 700kcals a day, a great fatloss?are you sure it was clen+eca? maybe 1/4cc of sus eod helped too... | ||

I take clen real simple. 2 days on 2 days off and 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week. I am 50 years old and have cut to 9% body fat, 5'5" 155 #. Goal is 7% and 175 and I will make that within 24 month. Solidspine | ||

One thing to remember is that everybody reacts to things differently. I just finished a clen cycle, and I am highly tolerant of many pharm's (e.g. prescription painkillers, stimulants, etc.) I went to 10 clen per day at the end of my cycle (200 mcg/day) and felt OK, with slight headache, but that is me personally. I wouldn't use both at the same time, but again, just me, and remembering that I have a high tolerance to these types of substances and still wouldn't do it. If you do, my advice would be to start EASY and make sure you are adapting well, especially if you are going to do it in conjunction with cardio work (I did). You do not want to have a sudden-onset heart attack that you can't forsee b/c you jack your heart up artificially (from ECA) plus naturally (cardio) and then add in a third variable of clen. Just be careful, and unless you are extremely serious about cutting, then do not do it, IMHO. If you are that serious about fat loss, then switch to T3 (only if on gear, as it will eat muscle as well as fat) or if you are a risk-taker, DNP (it's a toxin, so be VERY careful). Hope this helps.
