I'm on a cycle of test200 and deca and I smoke a little weed occasionaly. I don't do it that much but I heard that smokin' weed depletes your muscle up to 50%. I find that hard to believe but if its true I won't smoke at all. Anybody got some info about that? | ||

Nothing a little extra H2O can't compensate for. All the time and it will sap a lot of moisture from your muscles but the occasional nug is in my opinion benificial. | ||

The only real concern with weed is gyno. Some studies have shown it to cause gyno in non-training individuals, so if you are on gear and are gyno prone at all, proceed with caution. |
