I am five weeks out of my April show and have kind of plateaued with my diet. I have been doing a 3 day low carbs, under 80g, followed by one day of moderate carbs at 250g, then on Sat I would cheat. Ok, here's my question, I am at 6-7% bodyfat right now, am taking winny-v at 50 mg/ed and doing 45 min of cardio eod, would the anabolic diet be worth a consideration for the remainder of my contest prep before I began my carb up the Wed before the show, thanks. Also,
I know this is more diet related but the diet board is very slow. PEACE.

don't change your diet. i'd say bump your cardio up by 2 sessions more per week, and get rid of the cheat day....no more cheating from here on to the show. do these two simple things, and you'll see a huge difference

At this point in the game "cheating" should be done away with. Personally, I would add cardio everyday and twice a day at the end. You food intake seems to be okay......are you going to keep it constant through to the end ?....carb depleting ? This late in preparation, diet is everything.

Hey bro take it for what its worth if your at 6-7 % then you do need to bump up the cardio to ed first thing when you wake up most fat burn at that time for the body take a ECA then hit the bike for 30min or so I always try to diet hard going into the show so the last 2 weeks out its painful enough without worring about the diet you should shoot to be under 5% right now at 2 weeks out drop all carbs and that should get you under 4% week of the show just pose and relax Good Luck bro
