I felt a minor pull in my shoulder last week, and it is still sore. I talk to a PT and he said it was a minor bicep sprain, he then told me to ice it 5-6 times a day. I really dont think it is working that well. I really need some input on what I should do now, heat, strech, what? When I do strech it the clicking in my shoulder does go away for a while, but it is still sore. Any help would really be appreciate, thanks to all who respond.

Thanks Again

About 2-3 days now. What should I do now?? I really dont think it is a major injury, but I want to take care of this before the summer comes,so I can train hardcore again.

Thanks to all who respond.

Wow, you really think it will take that long to heal, ok that sounds possible. One more question for you.
Ok thanks for the help, but would streching the area be bad for the healing process. I was thinking of streching it 3-4 times a day, but dont want to make it worst.

Onadrol your screwed! You shouldn't train for a couple of weeks minimum. That will give your muscles time to relax and recupriate.

Stay Hungry

There are some good reads in the archives re: bicep tendon. I've dicked around with this for over a year now, it never goes away (at least in my case). If you keep lifting, get creative to work around the injury, it's a long-term deal. The clicking (which I have as well) should be investigated via x-ray of not done already (bone spur, etc.). Good luck.

Later,

I agree with 1911, I have the same thing its been at least a year and it still hurts. I have trained through it but my left arm is lacking because can't strain it like the right arm I would keep ice on it like the doc said and take off 2 weeks as hard as it is,I would do it so you can recope. just my 0.2cents
