i take epherdine before every workout i can still feel it 3hours later.buti don`t know the exact time it takes to leave your body. sorry bro | ||

the half-life is about four hours, but I'm not sure how long it stays active till it's completely out of the system. ------------------ | ||

I usually feel the kick from ephedrine for 3 hours or so, but I believe that it's active to some degree a lot longer than that -- If I take any after about 5 or 6PM, it's a given I'll be lying awake 'till 2 in the morning... I like taking ECA before my workouts, but am rarely able to because of this. (I work out in the evenings) |
