I did my first thigh injection tonight. It was a little weird. I knew something was in my leg, it didnt hurt. It was a new sensation. I really felt the oil pushing deep into the muscle. Quad shots are far better than glutes. Never use the ole glutes any more. | ||

I agree. I feared quad injections for a long time, but they are a sinch. ------------------ | ||
