Im an all year user.
This is what Im gonna start next monday.
Im currently weighting a 230 lbs and im 5'10

I'm gonna do 7000+ cals per day and will train 4 times a week

My arms are very poor, genetically speaking, thats why i considered the use of synthol

Looking forward to get up to 250+lbs with 20 " guns ( im currently at 17.5")

I put EQ with synthol because i wanna retain the gains but i dont want the crazy pumps that testo or any androgen gives.
What are your comments on this?
