Can you? Yes. Should you? I don't know. I can tell you though I was on clen and t3 for the last 2 weeks and I took a valium a couple nights a week to help me go to bed earlier. Now I am on T3/ECA and will use a valium when needed. | ||

No, I just felt good. It doesn't really knock me out just relaxes me and puts my mind to rest. I didn't have any adverse reactions. | ||

i use it almost every night 5-10mg's , i don't care for it , it makes you grogy the next day and gives me headaches , so i use resterol and ambien instead ! ------------------ |
