It seems to have passed over the last week but I started a clen/T3 stack last week with some pretty severe sides.

I have never used the liquid version of clen and found out very quickly that it seems to be much more potent than the pill form. On 180mcg of clen a day and 50mcg of T3 I started noticing very nasty muscle cramps everywhere!

I ruled out water intake as mine is still at the 2gal. a day mark, but could not rule out perhaps my potassium levels were low or perhaps my electrolytes were off balance.

So I hit the bananas and pedialyte and this week seems to be fine but I wanted my brothers opinions on what they think it may be and if you have ever experienced anything similar?

Peace,
WCP

HEY BRO. I WOULD HAVE SAID POTASSIUM, BUT IT SEEMS YOU ALREADY SUSPECTED THAT. I GET THIS PROBLEM WHEN I GO LOW CARB. I TAKE POTASSIUM SUPPS WHENEVER I DIET NOW. GOOD LUCK.
