I read that clen has a positive effect on fast twitch muscle fibers. Does anyone know if this is true? I think I read it in an old 'roid handbook. Thanks.     | ||

I was wondering how it works too. I haven't heard shit about it since the early nineties. I thought it stopped the rotation of protein and that kept the old cells from moving out. That is how you get bigger.Never knew about type of fiber though. I'd likw to know how much fat I will lose and how fast it works and what it feels like,,,blahblahblah |
