Quite a bit. It all matters how much you do and with what gear. My personal experience with just finishing an insulin cycle is very good, I would recomend it to anyone that can be responsible enought to use it right.

Was thinking about doing a test dbal stack with some t3 thrown in. Shoot after erevy workout that would be 3 shots of insulin a week.

Sounds good, if you play your cards right, you'll grow like a weed...just make sure you eat the right amount of carbs (that's easy), and don't eat ANY fat (this was a little more difficult for me), on the days you use it. I used it with some Laurabolin and a little Sustanon and I'm in love with it now.

INSULIN TAKES EVERYTHING YOU EAT AND SENDS IT TO WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO...PROTIEN TO MUSCLE,FAT TO FAT CELLS!

There have been quite a few well opinioned posts on this, just out of curiosity, under the same topic, what were your cycles, and what set of guidelines did you follow while using insulin? Thanks...

I am no insulin expert but I would like to point out dietary fat and body fat are entirely different things. Just because it's fat doesn't mean it is relegated to go to fat cells regardless of the situation. Dietary fat isn't stored as body fat...unneeded calories are. Fats are calorie dense so for most whom don't know the least about proper nutrition thier excess calories are supplied from calorie dense fats. Fat does not equal fat. I can't comment of ingesting fat while the insulin is active but it seems to me this is getting blown out of proportion. I doubt needed fat will be imidiately stored as adipose tissue just because it's fat. It will more than likely be used to fullfill biological functions.

what would be the lowest amount off insulin one can use but still profit from it? how long does it stay in the system - thinking about using it on a 2 weeker, would it be ok? ------------------ |
