I'm on fina and deca, cutting for a show. Would high rep leg extensions eod be beneficial to develop more striations. Would it be overtraining? I do take 20-30 gms of glutamine daily.

Ive found that high rep leg extensions work perfect for me on bringing out seperation in my quads. However when dieting down you have to ensure you dont lose your hard earned muscle from bulking. I like to start my leg routine when cutting with heavy squats or hack squats to preserve muscle then moving to weighted lunges 12-15 rep range, then on to heavy leg extensions (8-10 reps) and end it with one legged extensions keeping reps in the 20-30 rep range.
