You have good density. You look heavier than 200lbs. Very good base.

You look to be very dense and have much quality muscle. You have a good back man bring that out with alot of flyes and rows. Rip that mother fucka up! You look like you could have great potential. How ever you legs seem to be slightly behind the rest of your body. They have good definition for 15% but they could stand more quality size esp. you knew it was coming...your calves. Your legs are just "SLIGHTY" behind... you could catch them up before time easily. Remember man I am telling you how you would have to look to appear perfect after leaning down. You could do very well with the size you have now. But to have that symetrical look you need more legs. If I were you I would be posing whatever body part you work in a day for 10-15 min after your work out. This is what makes you when the comp is close. The more you pose now the easier it will be for you during showtime and the harder and more shredder you stirations will appear. Okay I will shut up but there is a lot of potential here...bring it out! Lata.

With 15% bf you will have to put on a good bit more muscle mass to weigh over 190. Right now you would probaly compete around 175-180 ripped.

If you do you will probaly rule that class. You also have to learn when competing to try not to worry about weight. That will come with time. Your symetry looks really good Just keep doing what you are doing!!

Look good. But as BOOMBOOM pointed out your legs need to catch up with your upper body. Calves look to be the weakest point. But over all you look very solid.

that's my dilema animal b. it's a state show and some advice given to me was just come in well conditioned. a well conditioned guy in the middle to low end of a weight class can probably beat a so-so guy whose trying stay at the top of his weight class. do you bros agree? the middle weight range is 154-176 and the light heavy is 176-198.

Lookin big! Could work on the traps a little though. Yes, if you diet down you can compete easily. Just my two cents.

Actually you would be surprised how many lightweights (thats me) take the overall at a state show. middle is always the toughest class with lightweight right behind or equally as tough.

You base looks good. Size is there as is density. Hams need more mass and calves which you already addressed. Back looks great and with a smaller waist through diet will appear even bigger.

You upper quads look good though more size would not hurt. Your outer quad sweep can be brought up to give the appearance of even larger thighs.

Most state shows are all baout being in shape. Many lack the full package from head to toe and you have a chance for that with some adjustments.

Go to www.biceps.cc to see some Texas middleweights to gauge yourself. Also a texas promoter www.optimumfitness.com has many middleweight clients to gauge where you should end up.

Best of everything with prep for your show.

Hey bro,

I think you look leaner than 15% probably somewhere around 11-12%.

At your size you would make a great middleweight.

You can also compete as a Light-Heavy but you will have to grow into that class. Maybe save it for next year.

What I would do is go by bodyfat. Get to 3-4% on the calipers and then compete at that weight. Don't worry about the weight class. Be the best that you can be.

If I were you Id do the show at 176(middle) you would be fucking huge and do very well----Then next year go ahead at the light heavies-----You got to much muscle to come in the the lower end of a weigh class when you could easly be at the top of middles-----come in super fucking ripped and walk away with the show---------or come in at the lower end of the light heavies and hope their is not to many at the top of end of the class! Good luck ---you look good

Your back is very good. For some reason I feel you could benift from more dumbell flies in the chest where you stretch out the arms as low to the ground as possible. YOu don't do these much do your. I think you us a lot of cables. Am I wrong? Also real heavy shrugs would be good as well as heavier deadlifts. YOur lower back looks good but its a little out of proportion to the upper back.

sjhax

looks good similar to myself, but I'm 200 10% and 41. Got to bang the quads some more to help the X tapor image on stage. Some of that can come fomr standing correctly. The photo has your legs (heels) apart, that hurts the quad sweep. Some more photo should be taken in all the compulsary poses. Just ripp down to 176 weigh in and then fill out to about 180. Ya it can be donw 4# is nothing when your dry at weight-in. I have been too tired to stand, then after weight in I get to load some sugers, and fill out.

best of luck
