I am new to this board and have been lurking, and occasionally posting. I read a post about some slob asking for advice on DNP doses. I am not knockin anybody for the drugs they use, but wtf? This is fugin dangerous shit if you don't know what your doin! What's the problem with some people? They are afraid of some hard work at the gym? I have never used DNP, and don't think I WILL ever use it. I just can't get over some idiot's that read about this shit in a FLEX magazine, and then think "I'm gonna lose 30 pounds of fat in a month!" For anybody who needs to lose some serious weight, and is considering useing DNP....DO MORE CARDIO!!!!!...FINE TUNE YOUR DIET AND STOP EATING LIKE A SLOB! Ahhh. That felt good. Back to lurking. | ||

I totally agree with you. But to answer your question, humans are genetically programmed to find the easiest solution to a problem, without expending large amounts of energy via other methods. That is conductive to survival my friend, that's why most people act that way. -TG | ||

I agree. If WE didn't, we wouldn't be juicein. It's just that some people are willing to risk hurting themselves (badly!), to lose some weight? It is STILL not going to work because once they get all the weight off (if they don't fuk thier body up in the process), they are just going to put it back anyways. If they just drank 2 gallons of water a day, did 45 min cardio 3x a week, and ate 5 small meals a day (all things us people do every day!!), they would get great results in no time flat, without possability of hurting themselves. Like some of the other bone heads I see giving gear recs. No new steriod user would EVER need such an amount of drugs. Start small on your 1st, and let the body adjust. Everybody is different. I am sure there might be somebody out there who might have problems with 400mg of deca a week! Just like the guy who can snort coke all day long, and that one guy who might try it for the first time, AND DIE! People should just use some common sense. If you compete, then you have at least a reason to do what needs to be done (dnp included!) But for the fattie-fat-fat that wants to look good for summer, just get a grip, swallow a couple dozen Thermedrine, and stop going to Taco Bell. | ||

for the most part dude, don't rip on it if you haven't done it. dnp is some crazy shit, and I'm not even saying I disagree with you - but everyone has their own reasons for doing it, and it does work really well. so unless you have tried it, then I'm just saying shut your piehole. ------------------ | ||

I don't mind hard work at all. I bust my ass at the gym. I even watch what I eat.(that is a bit harder but I do it). But man I hate cardio? I do it still but I HATE IT! I would rather lift for another hour than do 20minutes of cardio. So if I could get my hand on some DNP, I would buy it and use it(of course correctly) so fast it would make your head spin. But I have no idea in hell where to find it. Some people say it is illegal and some don't. But since I can't ever find "REAL" winny, I doubt I will find DNP either. So I guess I'll get back on the rat wheel(treadmill) and keep doing it until I get the stomach I want. I mean it takes so long to get your stomach flat and the little side handles gone. They are the last to go and I am ready for them to go. | ||

Curling, Maybe you should increase your cardio to 35 min, 3x a week and you will get the results you are looking for. Also, remember diet is essential. Damn, I sound like an add for some fat burner or some shit. |
