I recently changed Doctor's. My old Doc was a F'ING QUACK! For years I complained about troubles leaning up and basically feeling worn down. My old Doc would say" Your fine! You blood pressure is perfect and your heart is good and strong." The new Doc took a different perspective. Blood tests. It seems I have Hypothyroidism. He said that they were the most outa wack numbers he'd ever seen in a guy my age. I came clean about doing a cycle. He said that he didn't think it would cause this problem but that he would like to do another bloodworkup in the beginning of the month of April. Claimed he was worried about drug interaction and would like my system to be clean. I've heard of AS related problems but never heard of them affecting someones Thyroid. Anyone have some ideas? If the numbers are still off at the next bloodworkup atleast I'll get some prescribed thyroid medicine. Should drop some of the chub and increase my energy.

Thanks Bro's

Well bro have you had some trauma or shock in your life in the past that can cause your thyroid to go off along with other problems. I have hypothyroid also and I had more sides on this first cycle since taking thyroid med than I've ever had.

Yes it can cause transient hypo. This usually resolves though. However one should note that the evidence that increased androgen levels decrease thyroid function has mainly been based on pathological evidence in which people have an adenoma or another tumor. Your problem should resolve unless there is a primary defect in your thyroid axis.

It could be a number of things...stress, other imbalances, etc. Look into it a little more or get some more bloodwork. My experience has told me that thyroid tests are not very accurate at all!
