...to help lower estrogen levels which in return would help lower your bf %. I'm off right now and plan on using 1/4 tab of arimidex eod, 100mg of clomid ed, ECA 3x/day, and 600mg of DNP 8 days on and 8 days off in an attempt to lower my body fat until I hit up my next cycle in May. Do you think I should keep the arimidex as a part of my off cycle plan? Makes sense to me anyway because lower estro levels = lower body fat. Thanks, Rojan     | ||

Rugby, I disagree. Nolvadex will do nothing about total blood estrogen concentrations. It will only keep it from binding to certain receptors. The estrogen is still there, but unable to bind. Arimidex, on the other hand, gets rid of estrogen completely. Estrogen is one hormone that is responsible for fat retention and accumulation. Many times when guys come off heavy test cycles, they are full of estrogen from all the aromitization. This estrogen could be, in part, responsible for unwanted fat accumulation as you adjust your diet. Although it is never discussed on this board, I think Arimidex could potentially be a very good cutting agent. -TG [This message has been edited by The Ghost (edited March 08, 2001).] | ||

I would continue my nonandrogenic ( no proviron ) anti-estrogens for 2 weeks after my last shot . If you can afford to do that with Arimidex , go for it , .5mg day . Ive never used arimidex, or other anti-estrogens when off test , ive found that the increased clomid dosage (100mg day ) does the trick . |
