well- if you have love handles you probably also need to cut the fat- do a search on dnp, T3, clen, ECA and decide which one works for you- also morning cardio does the trick with the right diet.

Even w/o gear I've always had serious ab-bage. I think it's mainly diet & cardio (and ecto genetics), but I also do V-ups, leg raises, weighted crunches, that sort of thing.

Bullshit. 5'9 and 148? I am 5'10 and 220. Lift your ass off. Eat to gain and don't sweat the bodyfat. If you must, then do clen, it'll burn fat and help stop the natural cycle of outgoing protein so you'll gain some muscle from it.

I hate to be a dumbass here, but I have a question for ya. I have access to the yohimbine HCL powder, but I don't know how to take it. I know you can mix it in drinks, but how do you measure the correct amount....i.e. 10mg? Do you need a scale or something?

I'm not sure what your overall goals are, so forgive me if I'm out of line.

At that height and weight, you should be focusing on gaining bulk and worrying about cutting up your abs later.

If your goals are different, then remember that building your abs is only one part of the equation. Diet (and possibly drugs) are far more important.

Just hit them really hard from every angle. If you need to know how to do that, just watch an 8 Minutes Abs video to get some pointers.

Peace

Yo 007
I agree with every one here hit the weights hard and make some gains, at your weight and size the abs will come through lifting. Do alot of squats and some dead lifts you'll see results. You'll get bigger and your abs will pop out like you want.

I think the best exercises for abs are roman chair or decline bench crunches, hanging leg raises, and regular crunches.
