I am 5'11 and weigh 165lbs with about 10% bf. I have been working out hard for about 4 months and have just recently added insulin into my routine. About 4IUs right after working out, followed by a carbohydrate drink, and then a protein shake. I was just wondering if this is enough insulin or do I need more. Or how can I tell my tolerance and how can I when it is working. Thanks. [email protected] | ||

I used 8IU postworkout when I weighed 150 and it worked real well. | ||

start at 5IU and go up 1IU per day from there after yer lifting. Also have a good carb drink . 5-10g carbs per 1 IU of slin. Be careful, its not rocket science, but mistakes can be fatal. | ||

You said that you have only been working out for 4 months and you are already supplementing insulin? Personally, I think you'd be better off learning how to train, rest and sleep for the next two years before experimenting with any potentially harmful substances. | ||

You're in a hurry w/ 4 months on your belt. You need to up your knowledge about training, nutrition and rest first, then give yourself a few years. If you're asking how much is good, you haven't done your homework. Messing w/ this dangerous shit, you should be able to damn near teach it before you can use it your self. |
