I posted this on the supps board, but not many people venture that way it seems. How many grams of this stuff could you take before you had any ill effects, or are there any you could think of? I know Spellwin recommended 9/day in his recomposition program, but I can't remember the mgs of his Bulgarian Trib Gold. Can anybody help me here? Thanks gentlemen. delts2 ------------------    | ||

Good question. Trib terrestris is a toxic plant for sheep who often get a condition called "geeldikop" from grazing in pastures containing Trib. It is a neurological toxin, but this may be due to chemicals found in certain parts of the plant that are not used in the extracts used for supplements. Many plants contain toxic chemicals that are confined to certain structures and simply removing these parts removes the toxicity. I don't think anyone has done any tests using the extracts to show toxicological effects. | ||
