This is one machine that has made a great difference for me in my muscular development. Three years ago when I first started becoming obsessed with this hobby......I could barely do one dip by myself. And that was before I knew much of anything about proper diet and supplementation, much less juice. But through determination and perseverance I was able to quickly build my tris and of course can now do several sets of twenty or more. I wear a harness and add weight occasionally, but at my age(40).....it's kinda hard on the joints......lol. Surely someone else here has had modest beginnings as well.

Weighted dips and chins are essential for maximum growth and strength. They will always be part of my weight training program. ------------------

Hey Kleen, what's up brother? I agree, as far as the "backbone" of mass builders, they can't be beat. delts2

I've got a harness that goes over your shoulders with a little "holder" for the dumbell. Kinda different I guess. I think you can get those anywhere. delts2

I believe they add a hell of alot to overall mass. When I started them, I could only do 6 pull ups, and around dips. I added a measly 10 pounds to the belt and watched my strength jump up very quickly. This was 9year ago. Today, I do pullups with 50 to 60lbs. for about 3 to 6 reps, and dips with 135lbs. for about 3 to 4 reps. These are the highest, I pyramid up .

shit, my belt wore out too; i just wedge a 45-50lb dumbell between my feet now--it sounds hard but you master it after a month or two. who said work smarter not harder anyway--haha.
