I'm between cycles right now and am using creatine powder - EAS Phosphagen HP. I just came across someone who swears by this ATP Advantage creatine serum. Apparently, you take it sublingually, it uses glycerin as it's carrier, which absorbs the creatine into your bloodstream within minutes. This method of use should eliminate any loading and only require 1 dosage per day. Anybody tried this stuff?? ------------------

Damn, BigJay.....was it the same shit, ATP? The idea makes sense, to use glycerin and go subligual, but if it were so effective, everyone would be on the bandwagon...and they're not.... Question answered I suppose..... I was thinking of doing a winny/fina cycle but now I'm thinking of just waiting and going BIGTIME with a massive bulking stack.. This sucks.....picking and choosing my creatine... Thanks guys. ------------------

HEY, I HAVE USED THE ATP CREATINE SERUM BY MMUSA AND I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. I GOT NO RESULTS AND I THINK IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. ALSO CREATINE IS NOT STABE IN LIQUID FORM FOR THAT LONG. YOU COULD GO OVER TO WWW.AST-SS.COM THEY DID A TEST ON LIQUID CREATINE, IT IS A VERY INTERESTING READ. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK M18 ------------------

Vpx sports has a product call Creaject. I have heard great things about this product. Between cycles I like high doses of glutamine with Methoxygen by Vpx sports. Its expensive, but its the only product I actually got ant results from. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

mustang's article says it all. Creatine is not absorbed sublingually......but in the intestine through digestion.

I got really pissed after reading the AST article. From what I have learned creatine is not stable in liquid form at all, it degrades to creatinin which is a waste product and gets excreted, absolutely useless...my friends had a very good laugh at me for buying that stuff when we looked closer at the label, it read that it had 2500mg of creatine per serving which was 5ml, it was our impression that should have made the serum a lot thicker than it was so we thought that it sounded a little bogus in hindsight...but the creatinin argument is much more compelling...the stuff is crap.

BigJay, fill me in with details when you get that finished..... I'll be sticking to the powder creatine for sure.....but even that shit sucks... compared to test, anyways... ------------------
