I just got my liver test back and the nurse said my (AST is 49 )scale 8-42 (ALT is 80) 0-55 (ALBUM is 5.3) 3.8-5.0 ( TOTAL PROTEIN is 8.3) 6.1 -8.1 and I've been off my ARA-Test & Tornell Deca since Nov 20th. Will this come back to normal or does this indicate liver damage? Anyone know    | ||

you should take stuff for your liver after roids too..bro it should get back to mormal...keep your head up.....later ------------------  | ||

as long as you have at least 25% functional, it should be capable of returning to normal.... ------------------ | ||

IF your AST(SGOT) AND ALT(SGPT) are still high after 4 months, you should get a DOC to see what's going on. ------------------ MustangRacer27 | ||

Is this bad? Which of these numbers should I be more worried about? Is ther anything I can take to help bring it back to normal? Are there any of you bros taht has had high liver values after this long off if so are you back to normal? | ||

Do you drink alcohol?? If so lay off of it. My SGPT(ALT) was 45 the doc wasn't that concerned about it. I would ask your DOC, "Hey what does this mean for me and what can we do" my 2 cents | ||

Depending upon your age, If you stay away from alcohol,G,E,coke and other party drugs, Your fine. But it takes time so be patient, but your ok. | ||

I do not drink alcohol at all but this doc put me on celebrex over a month ago because of pain in arms and upper back muscles every since this last cycle Of ARA-T & Tornell Deca it seems like I stay to hard and hurt all the time anyway I had to stop taking it because when I would sit on the comode I would start bleeding now that I've stoped the med I don't bleed. I have read up on celebrex and it says to let your doc know if you have liver problems so it may effect the liver also don't know for sure but I will talk to the doc tomorrow. | ||

Pitbull, those numbers are nothing. Statistically speaking, they are very slightly over the normal range, but speaking as someone who has had AST/ALT readings over 3000 on more than one occasion, you really shouldn't be worried. ------------------ | ||

I hope your right bro, but I still don't like that after 3 1/2 months off and there still not normal. I should be starting my next one now but I won't because I scared that they will get out of control, should I be concerned and just start anyway ? | ||
