I posted this question on the diet boards, but I thought I'd repeat it here for a timely response.

I'm coming off my first cycle -- a very light one: primo @ 400 mg/wk. I increased my cals. by 1250/day while on and lifted heavy. Since ea. primo shot takes about 3 weeks to kick in, I'm thinking I shouldn't change my diet or training routine for 3 weeks after my last injection. Is that right? Any other opinions?

hey bro whats up. i would actually increase my calories just a little more after the cycle is over. since you are off you wanna make sure you hold your gains. make sure you hit your diet and training extra hard after you finish you cycle. good luck

keep the protein high and the carbs as well-train extra hard but remeber you keepmost of your gains from primo-thats why they are not as noticable as test.

OK, good thoughts.

At some point I'd like to take the calories down a little b/c I've put on some bf. Also, my joints are getting creaky from lifting heavy, so I'd like to change the routine a bit. I just thought I should hold off at least 3 weeks after cycle before doing so.

three weeks would be good. but dont drop your cals below your maintiance (spelling) level. you should kinda know what level that is. dont forget to take a week off from lifting. for me, instead of taking a week off i just lift light for a week. then hit it hard again to shock your body. you cant lift heavy without any break. after the three weeks or four take it kinda light. but make sure to hit it hard again. good luck playa
