YES...Very possible and very detrimental. Your question, "is it better to overtrain", demonstrates that you have a lack of knowledge for how to properly train and probably should not be using AS until you learn these very basic facts. I almost think it's easier to overtrain while on due to the fact that training intensity is higher. To answer your obsurd question...overtraining is counter productive...very counter productive. You DON'T grow if you overtrain...You will break down the muscles more than any nutrition or supplementation can compensate and you won't gain lean body mass. Your body will take on the responsibility of repairing the excessive damage and there will be nothing left to accumulate new body mass. You will be going in the wrong direction if you overtrain. Even with AS your body needs sufficient nourishment and recuiperation on order for the AS to work. Overtraining defeats the purpose of AS use.

Excellant post Beezers.

Alot of people think gear automatically compensates for any amount of training you do. Your body doesn't grow in the gym. It grows while you're away, especially when you're in bed asleep. REST and NUTRITION are the key to making the training and gear work.

seems like its better to undertrain than to overtrain. While on, I want to keep going in the gym and sometimes its difficult to stop the workout. Is there any ways to tell if one is overtraining?

Dragon the best indicator for me of overtraining is my muscles don't get that pumped feeling during training. That's the first sign to me to take it easy on that bodypart and let it rest or go very light til the next time.

Another symptom is when you had a pump and begin loosing it. Then the more you train it seems to get smaller, less pumped.
The best thing I find is to jest stop and take the pump that you got.
