Sounds just like a one time thing. I'v gone through customs hundreds of times and never been stopped at all. Of course I usually never have anything on me and that gives you confidence, which they can spot. Grotto. | ||

Ok, I can see why you Canadians would be pissed because of this incident. I don't like to see anyone get busted, but this foot & mouth thing is SERIOUS! I am from Tx, and I know a four year old girl who got this disease a few weeks ago, or maybe a month ago. She only has about a month to live, or so the docs say. Geez, she four F'in' years old bros. I think that LIFE is much more important than your damn gear prices! I feel that they should be running searches for this problem, even if it gets some sources tossed in jail. They're just trying to protect against a wide-spread outbreak, and it will hopefully cease to be a problem Very Soon. ------------------ | ||

Hey, not to make light of DEATH or anything. This was not my intention. Perhaps my intention was to warn people that there is one guy from Vancouver who probably won't be sending them their gear. Or if you're planning on taking 10,000 amps of gear on a plane home, you might think twice. | ||
