jback, does salbu work well for you? i've used salbutamol quite a while, and i haven't noticed any fat burning effect whatsoever. of course, you'll get some boost to your workouts, but for fatburning, i'd choose clen . the salbu that i have is 200mcs per "puff".. ------------------ | ||

thanks BigJay-have a good metabolism-protein always upward of 400grams/day and roughly 250carbs-cardio 3-4 week first thing in the morning and probably will do some adipo-kinetix throughout. ------------------ | ||
