Ok here goes- I hope to lose about 10-15 lbs of fat and am going to try to gain about 5lbs and with luck 10 lbs of muscle on this cycle- I have heard that you can't cut and gain so if this is totally off the wall please critque- 8 weeks of primo at 200mgs every week
My stats are small, for I cannot get too big for football- (quaterback) 6'1" 194lb | ||

you are on steroids! a minimum of 2 grams of protein per pound you weigh-especially with 80 grams of carbs(which is carb depletion), the cardio and the t3 which is highly catabolic. Raise the primo to 400mg/week for 8 weeks, winny is fine run it for 6 weeks/starting in week 4 of the primo, and run halo(anavar is too expensive and Halo I think is better) for 6 weeks at between 20-40mg day depending on how much you weigh and your AS experience. ------------------ | ||

I agree...You are going to need more calories to have any chance of maintaining respectable mass and shape. Up the protein and up the fat. Include essential fatty acids in there. Flax, nuts, natural penut butter. You need them...especially since you are only consuming 80g of carbs. Don;t be afraid of good fats. I would also use the anavar over the halo. | ||

if your trying cut you really dont need 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.i inly use a little over a gram of protein for every puond and i never lose any weight, just fat.everybody reacts different, so figure out what works for you. | ||
