While on my cycle I will be using nizoral shampoo and was wondering if this is how I should use it? Evryday, leave in for 5 min I have the 2% version, does this make a difference? Thanks in advance     | ||

looks ok to me-should try Kevis-works very well. You get a shampoo and a solution to rub in. ------------------ | ||

Ive always used Nizoral every other wash, and it seemed to do the job pretty well for me. The 2% is a bit stronger, its the prescription Nizoral where the 1% is the one you can buy at just about any pharmacy. WCP ------------------ |
