after last cycle of test i've aqquired a mild dislike for water retention and a bloated face. has anyone ever used "water pills"? and if so do they work? i mean do they really flush out enough to make a noticeable difference. i'm guessing they cant be that good cuz i've never heard of anyone taking them....anyone?

It really depends on your body type. People who have more bodyfat of course don't see results as good as someone with a lower bodyfat. If you're talking about lasix, yes it definitely works, and it works good. You just have to be carefull with lasix, it's pretty strong. I have had decent results with over the counter water pills. Most of the OTC water pills take about 3 days before you notice anything, and it still isn't a whole lot.

I've got some real water pills called HCTZ which are prescription and they make a HUGE difference in water retention.

I've tried "Water-balance" from GNC before, and it wasn't too bad (for OTC).

I took some taraxatone three days before pics and it seemed to make quite a difference for me anyway. I was also using Nolva though and I'm sure that had an effect as well.

Best prescription diuretic is Lasix.I have found Taraxatone quite useful, but at slightly higher than recommended dose.Best defense...clean diet.

If you do decide to take Lasix, make sure you take some form of potassium with it.
