i always did my test on sunday....lift monday thru friday..so day before...no paticular reason though ------------------ | ||

I always do mine the monday before I go lift. About an hour and a half before I go to the gym | ||

I soot mine every 10 days I really dont think it matters because the test takes awhile to build up in your system. 10 to 14 days. ------------------ | ||

well not if your taking propionate, it starts working right away, so do you think if you were to shoot the prop the night before do you think you are cheating yourself,by not getting all the test on instant. | ||

it really doesn't matter when test is shot, with the exception being test suspension. with any other testosterone, it will not make a difference when you inject, even prop....unless it's been 3 days since you shot prop....but that shouldn't be an issue because we all know that prop is administered at least 3 days a week as for me, i like to shoot in the mornings....starts my day off quite nicely....a cup of coffee, ECA, and 3cc's of test....heheheh PA | ||

yeah I agree, but lately I have been wondering about the half lifes, have you seen that roid calculator, it says the half life of enanthate and the long acting ester in sustanon is gone in three days, man I dont understand, when the test isnt suppose to kick in until 3 weeks. | ||

I shoot mine every Mon and Thurs...this last monday was my day off at the gym and it felt weird to shoot and not lift. I like to shoot on the days i lift but i follow my schedule. ------------------ | ||

I inject the same time, same day, each week, if I'm training that day or not. Nolvadex I take with my vitiams every am. |
