hey fellas,
Alright, i have recently seen a post about how arnold used to swim after he worked out.

Lets say, hypathetically, that i will be doing a cycle of Ttokkyo Deca300 at 300mg and 200mg of winny a week for 8 weeks. This would be my first cycle. I am going to do cardio for 30 minutes 3 to 4 days a week in hopes of keeping the fat down while putting on the mass. I do cardio in the morning and workout at night. Here are my questions...

If i were to swim in the morning for 30 minutes, would my body have fully recovered by the time i workout in the evening?

I really want to swim for cardio but i am unsure if i should do it because i dont want to screw up my workouts.

I was thinking about doing it on 1 off my workout days and then again on my two rest days. But i dont want to effect my body while i will be resting on the weekend. Let me know fellas. Hope to get some good feedback from you bros. Later on!!

Hey bro, Swimming is the best form of cardio. I would try to switch it around. do your workouts in the morning and then your cardio, swimming at night.

Hey Man,

I am a NCAA div 1 swimmer. I do from 10-12k yards a day. I am really cut up, but swim to the point of catabolism. I stopped swimming for college to persue Bodybuilding this past month. But I am going to continue to swim about 2,500 a couple times a week.
I think Breast stroke can really help you with chest development, plus easy swimming is therapuetic to your muscles! so it may help recovery.
Later,
J

Hey, what's up. I used to swim for about half an hour after my 2 hour workouts. Well, in about a month I already had difficulties breathing. I had to take deep breaths every couple of minutes, even when I was just laying on the bed! My doctor said that it was because my heart was overworking, and let me tell you, my heart is not a weak one.

Anyway, just wanted to say that Arnold is full of shit once again.
