I've already read a huge and great article posted sometime this week about the diet, and have learned a lot from it. That's what makes this board the fu$#ing best. It's simple. You take your bodyweight and multiply it by 12. That is the total amount of calories you should consume each day. So if you weigh 200, that is 2400 calories. Only 5% of those calories can be from carbs, otherwise you will come out of ketosis. So therefore you are limited to 120 calories, or 30 grams of carbs per day.

Here is what you are allowed to eat: meat, peanuts, flax oil, and protein shakes. Then eat basically whatever you want during the weekends but keep your self control. I had a friend who managed to gain back everything he lost and then some because of his weekend binge.
