Quick question guys. I have been on a bulking routine for over 4 weeks, 4-6 reps. I have made great strength gains and I feel fantastic. Do you think it may be a good idea to throw in a light week, lets say 25-35% of the wieght I was using for 10-15 reps. Thanks!!

It depends what your goals are. If you want to get big and nothing is hurting, keep going heavy. You need to change up your workout though to keep your muscles confused(I guess that's the right word to use).

I am interested in what other people say too. For me I always go heavy I feel like I am wasting my time and a workout if I go light.

It depends on how hard you went and how much you trained. But if you went really hard then yes it will help you. That will actully be the time you will grow the most.

I was thinking that by going light for 1 week you would shock the muscle by incorporating more high twitch muscle fibers which you dont necessarily hit when doing heavy wieght and low reps. More thoughts would be great.
