I'm a mesomorph body type. I finally found the best cardio routine for me. I do a low intensity cardio for about an hour a day/ 6 days a week. My friend is an ectomorph and eh cuts up when he does high intensity for lower time. Anybody know anything about how our body types react to different cardio? If anything, post your body type, and what cardio routine works best for you. ------------------ | ||

I too am a meso and I too respond best to the type of cardio you are doing. Lower intensity for longer duration. I get way to flat from high intensity cardio and loose muscle at a stunning rate. Slow and steady works best for my mesomorphic body. | ||

I'm an ectomorph myself. I've done short high intenstiy cardio and long duration low intensity cardio. They both worked equally well for me... ------------------ |
