Everyone I see talks about site injections to t he bi's for upper arm growth, I havent tried SI yet, but am planning on it soon... my question is wouldnt site injections to your tris be more beneficial for upper arm size seeings how the tri makes up for 2/3 of t he upper arm, just curious while everyone seems to use the bi's instead, thanks. What do you inject in your arms? Isn't it a bit more dangerous than glute shots, because of more veins? Did you guys see a couple months ago in MD? maybe that guy with 25" arms? That was fucking crazy... | ||

I inject winny in my tri's.....makes em feel pumped and swoll all day.,....I have been doing it for a while but the other day the plunger filled up with blood THAT scared the piss out of me....reminds me to always pull back a little before you whack!! | ||

That is now the only place I inject, the outer head of the tricep. I just finished a cycle of eq and test and shoot 1 1/2cc in each tri. My next cycle is gonna be short but hardcore and I plan on shooting test and deca in the outerhead. | ||

I find that site injecting for me only seems to work in the smaller muscle groups... bis and tris. Both seem to get nice and pumped for a couple days, although the bi shots do hurt for those couple days too. Then there's the problem of having to wear shirts with sleeves to the gym if my injection site is visible... ------------------ |
