Feel free to give your fine tuning diet methods. I have been eating peanut and butter /jelly sandwiches with my bulking cycle, one daily with reduced fat P. butter and solid jelly , not the high fructose kind (Polaner). Lately as I have switched over to a cutting cycle I am choosing to eliminate the bread and thus the carbs and calories. What I do is put the average serving of the P. butter in a dish with some jelly and mix it up with a spoon. I then chow down and you would not believe how it kills your appetite and is actually quite good for you as P. butter is mostly good fats and filling. Saves me 200 calories and 50 grams of carbs from the bread with the same appetite satisfaction. Another great one I have just started is TUNA IN SPRING WATER MIXED IN WITH GREY PUOPON (spelling?) MUSTARD. ONCE AGAIN TUNA ALONE IS VERy BLAND TO ME AND TAKES FOREVER TO EAT AND THUS I RARELY EAT IT RAW but with mustard (which is practically calorie free) mixed in it goes down easy and is tasty. Just some of my hints on how to cut effectively without starving yourself, oh yeah also the oatmeal with strawberry whey and a sweet and low pack works wonders also. What tricks do you employ to cut and not starve yourself?

Suggestion: use natural penut butter only. Reduced fat pennut butter is worse than regular pennut butter as it has added sugar to compensate. We are after the good fat from pennut butter so why substiture that with sugar? Natural pennut butter is just pennuts...no added sugar, oils, or chemicals. 200cals/tbsn of good fat and filling calories. I would drop the jelly if you're cutting. It's sugar.

10-12 egg whites, with a half cup of pico de gallo and some sharp cheddar cheese... 8-10 ounces of ground turkey with some sharp cheddar cheese and hot sauce... Both have about ZERO carbs, fill you up, and are tasty! ------------------ |
