I am thinking about taking 2IUs of insulin post workout followed by a heavy carb drink. I hear that if you take it along with creatine it forces it into muscles and causes good mass and strength gains. Can anyone give me advice or personal experiance about how insulin effected them and if the gains were muscle or fat. Thanks...

hmmmmmm... insulin is not something to be taken lightly. Since you have said that you are thinking about taking 2iu post workout- you have not done your research on this.

This is not a thing to fuck around with. You need to invest some time, and read about this. I know you're not going to like this answer- but I'm looking out for you.

The fat part depends on what you eat.

I know people hate the answers where someone tells them to go search and read up- but this isn't like how many dballs should I pop a day or along the lines of that.
