...do u guys think that some people just cant achieve getting abs or really cut up and lean. I have been going at it for monthes now and i have lowered my bf% a great deal but lately no results like a layer just under the skin of my abs and sides that wont go a way and a bit of loseness. I have been reading that some people genetically are going to have this their whole life and the only thing they can do is lipo. What do you guys think do you think everyone after time and working their ass off can eventually get a low enough bf% with going at cardio and a good diet to achieve these results. Just like to know what others opinions are about this. Big | ||

Ceratin folks have a hard time geting the area around there abs off even with heavy diet and exercise. Point is with hard work it will come off. You need to approach it in a different way. You don't speak of your current bodyfat or routine but drop me an e mail and I will look it over. I compete and think the key for me has been many different isolation exercise to work the muscles from different angles. Ab exercise with cables, twisting, using weights, higher inclines and the likes. As for cardio again different inclines at a lower spped, walking backwards on a treadmill (start low) these are thing the body does not expect and will respond to. You need to attack the body like it never expects you to and you will be very surprised. See my pictures on Johnny O sight and keep in mind I am 37. | ||

us endomorph/mesos have a prob like that! I have the same one. My whole body looks real lean except my spare tire LOL. A low low low carb diet DOES do it. | ||

I agree that low carb diets work best.Make sure you are doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach about a half hour after taking an ECA stack.Throw in another cardio session after training as well.Try alot of supersets during your workouts and/or drop sets.You are genetically programmed to hold onto fat in your gut,but you can overcome it!In fact,you will! ------------------ |
