I have been lifiting for about 2 years, I have purchased almost every thing on the open market as far as Anabolic (muscle-tech,Max Muscle,Tribstain) and did see minor results with $$ to boot! I cycled off every thing and took a few weeks out of the gym. I went back today and lost alot of muscle and stregth. Does any one have any Idea what I should try that really works? I would like to build more muscle mass and strenth gains
