yes its 1700% better than regular creatine, you will gain atleats 50lbs on it, it all the pro's ever take. actully its not bad but so excessivly overpriced.. i wouldn't buy it | ||

I think cell-tech is a good product but it is too high. You can get the same product made by scitech nutrition called Creatine express and its @ 35% cheaper. | ||

I read about it in Musclemag and ran out and bout a case. I took as much of it as I could swallow, just like greg kovacs does. I put on 150lbs of muscle in 6wks. It's the best. Thanks Muscletech for making me Mr. Olympia once again. ------------------ | ||
