Not all gyno will cause tenderness in your nips. Tenderness is a more accurate word because it doesn't really hurt, but they can be tender if you press on them. But, yes you can have gyno without tenderness.

a buddy of mine described it as almost an itchy irritating feeling instead of pain, the swolleness is common with test use-doesn't necessarily mean its gynocastemia.

plifter can you email me, I get obsessed as to whether I have natural gyno sometimes or whether it is just fat thats hard to work off. You seem to have some knowledge.

thats a good question how can you know for sure if you have gyno? My chest is not completely ripped and i cant get it that way is it gyno????
