yea, here's what i did, i took a 2 pound can of cell tech creatine and rubbed it up and own my arms for 15 minutes each arm. then i hit the weights and did arms, and i gained 3 inches on each arm. it's that freakin easy. then, i got some hydroxycut, rubed that on my arms for the same amount of time, and i got cut as hell. check me out in the next mr.o. with these results, i'll be bigger than anyone in there. lol ------------------ | ||
