hey man i went from 143 to about 165 right now on t200 at 400mgs(2cc) for 8 weeks and some fina right now to get all cut up and im now 163 and very vascular, i suggest that you do the test at at least 8-10 weeks you can drop the dosage if you want to, you must eat at least 300 g of protein per day and like 6000 cal a day, but a whey protein supp along with some glutamine at 10 g a day and you will get big, make sure you kick ass in the gym, my tru asvice get another bottle of test and do the t200 at 400-500mg for 8-10 weeks and you will get good gains

TESTOSTERONE. Nothing is better. Depending on ester and brand a rough idea would be 400-600 a week for 8-12 weeks.

Thanks for all the input....I am really leaning toward doing 2cc wk for about 8-10 wks...eating the hell out of chicken and pussy (I mean fish), and taking protein shakes and glutamine for repair...Also too I heard I should take FLAX...any input on that fellas....THANX BROS!!!
