Hey bro's,

I have been around the board just reading for sometime now. My hook up just got back into town from Mexico.
He pretty much brought back everything that you could think of, so he basically has everything that I need. My question to you all is
I've only done one cycle my whole life and that was Norandren 200 at 400mgs per week for 10 weeks, but that was when I was 20 years old. Currently
I have been working out for 2 years straight never missing my routine. ( Not once) I have been thinking of doing another cycle since my workout partner
has plenty of the gear. So what I am asking you all is what is a good cycle for me to start with? I would like to try and find a cycle where I wouldnt hold
to much water wait and just put on good soild muscle. Now I would say that I want a bulking cycle I would just like to add a good bit of mucsle. Currently Im 5'10" 160pounds, and about 15 percent
body fat. So as you can see I for sure dont want to add anymore bulk, but then again I dont really need a cutting cycle. ( good old Cardio will take care of that for me)
So you see I just looking for a good cycle to put on are 15 to 30 pounds of good muscle. You may be saying well you said that your workout buddy does the gear as well.
But to answer that question he is very foolish in the things he does and taking advice from him would be like a slap in the face. So if you all could help me with the names and the doses and the weeks that
you would take it..That would be great.

Sust 500mgs/wk weeks 1-8
d-bol 30mgs/day weeks 1-5
EQ 400mgs/wk weeks 1-10

Nolva on hand and clomid post cycle for 2 weeks.

Im sorry but if you want to add wieght then you will have to do a bulking cycle. which consist of you eating alot,Working out hard,and no cardio, But if you want to lose wieght then you have to go on a cutting. IF is one or the other.
